Terms of Service

By accessing or using Between (the Service or Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Between. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Between is not available to users in jurisdictions where the Service would be prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Between provides:

• Trade journaling and performance analytics tools
• Options order flow visualization (delayed and simulated data)
• AI-powered trading insights and cross-asset analysis (Bubble AI)
• Strategy building and backtesting simulation (Monte Carlo, Risk Calculator)
• Multi-account support for tracking multiple trading accounts
• Gamification features (XP, badges, streaks)

Between does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

All content, analysis, AI outputs, flow data, and features provided by Between are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Financial planning or wealth management services
• Buy, sell, or hold recommendations for any security
• Solicitations to trade any financial instrument

Past performance data displayed in Between does not predict or guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for all investors.

Options flow data displayed in Between may be:

• Delayed (typically 15-20 minutes for free data)
• Simulated or synthetic for demonstration purposes
• Subject to errors, omissions, or interruptions from data providers

Between is not responsible for decisions made based on market data. Always verify data through your broker or a licensed financial data provider before trading.

The Bubble AI system provides personalized analysis based on your trading history and journal entries. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate
• AI analysis does not constitute professional financial advice
• You should not rely solely on AI outputs when making trading decisions
• AI models may hallucinate, make errors, or provide outdated analysis

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Between is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Your account data is isolated per-user via Row-Level Security. You may not access other users' data.

You may not use Between to:

• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization
• Scrape, extract, or harvest market data for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Engage in market manipulation or any unlawful securities activities
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without written consent

The Strategy Simulator, Monte Carlo engine, and Risk Calculator use hypothetical, simulated scenarios based on parameters you provide. All results are:

• Hypothetical and not based on actual executed trades
• Subject to known limitations including hindsight bias and survivorship bias
• Not representative of actual trading results you would have achieved
• For educational and planning purposes only

Simulated results do not account for all real-world factors including slippage, execution quality, emotional decision-making, or market impact of orders.

Between offers the following paid tiers: Basic ($50/month), Pro ($80/month), Elite ($120/month), and Custom (usage-based pricing). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All prices are in USD.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed for partial billing periods.

Custom/usage-based pricing is subject to a separate agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data on our servers.

Between and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Between and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any trade data or journal entries you input.

By submitting content, you grant Between a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data to provide and improve the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETWEEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Between's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Between, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your trading activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
